AI for Government

AI for federal, state, and local agencies — built for the procurement reality.

Compliance frameworks first. FedRAMP-aware architecture, ATO-friendly documentation, and contract vehicles that actually buy something useful at the end of the period of performance.

Who We Work With

Procurement officers, CIOs, and program managers who've been pitched AI before.

We come from a 25-year-old infrastructure company. We understand FAR Part 12, OMB M-24-10, NIST AI RMF, and what an authorizing official actually needs in a system security plan. We don't write proposals about "transforming citizen experience." We write fixed-price statements of work that map to budget cycles.

Use Cases We Deliver

Outcomes a procurement officer can defend in a debrief.

FOIA & public records processing

Document review, redaction-assist, and exemption analysis. Reduces backlog without removing the attorney from the loop. Audit trail for every machine-suggested redaction.

Constituent service triage

Email, web form, and phone-transcript routing for state agencies and municipal call centers. Categorization to the right department on day one, not three handoffs later.

Procurement & contract analysis

Solicitation review, vendor proposal extraction, contract clause comparison against agency-standard terms. Cuts review cycle time on high-volume contracting offices.

Compliance & audit readiness

NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, StateRAMP, CJIS, and CMMC artifact collection. Continuous monitoring of policy-to-evidence mapping, not the once-a-year fire drill.

Compliance Posture

Architected for the frameworks you have to live in.

  • FedRAMP-aware design — workloads architected to run in FedRAMP-authorized cloud environments. We integrate with your FedRAMP-authorized identity, logging, and data residency stack.
  • NIST AI RMF alignment — Govern, Map, Measure, Manage. Documentation produced as a deliverable, not bolted on at the end.
  • OMB M-24-10 compliance — impact assessments, minimum risk practices for high-impact AI, public inventory entries.
  • Data residency — workloads in US-only regions, with no model training on agency data unless explicitly authorized.
  • Authority to Operate (ATO) support — system security plan, contingency plan, incident response plan inputs aligned to your existing assessment process.
Procurement

How to buy.

We work as a prime on small dollar amounts and as a subcontractor under existing primes for larger awards. We support GSA Multiple Award Schedule task orders, state QPA/GPC vehicles, and direct purchase under simplified acquisition thresholds. Bring us your contract vehicle and we'll work inside it.
